Sleeping
One bedroom, plus sofa beds
The bedroom has a superking bed. The living area has sofa beds for additional guests.
There is one bedroom — not two — so please don’t expect separate rooms for everyone. The living area’s sofa beds give extra flexibility for families or a small group. Because the right setup depends on the number and ages of guests in your party, please ask Vicki to confirm it works for you before booking.
Cooking & the outdoors
A compact kitchenette and covered seating
Simple meals and relaxed evenings by the bay.
The kitchenette is compact — it isn’t a full kitchen with a conventional indoor stove. It’s well suited to breakfasts, snacks and light meals. If cooking proper meals is important to your stay, ask Vicki about the current equipment before you book.
Outside, covered seating with a BBQ looks toward Arkles Bay — a calm spot for a coffee in the morning or a drink as the light goes. Linen and WiFi are included.

Getting around
Parking, kayaks and checking in
A few practical things worth knowing — and checking — before you arrive.
Parking
Parking is on the beachfront, across the quiet road. If anyone in your party has access requirements, talk to Vicki about the best arrangement.
Kayaks
Kayaks are available for guest use. Arrangements and conditions are checked with the hosts — please ask rather than assuming.
Self check-in
Self check-in is available by prior arrangement. Please agree any late arrival with Vicki rather than assuming unrestricted 24/7 check-in.
Contact Vicki about guest numbers, sleeping arrangements, cooking equipment, arrival or access requirements before booking.
Before you book
Questions worth asking first
A short list to help you book with confidence.
- Does the sleeping setup suit the number and ages in our group?
- Is the kitchenette enough for how we like to eat on holiday?
- What are the parking arrangements, and access if needed?
- Can we use the kayaks during our dates?
- What time can we check in, and is late arrival possible?
- Is the space right for children in our party?
