Vicki and Wayne live upstairs and are on hand when you need them, out of the way when you don’t. Guests have the self-contained ground-floor space to themselves — one bedroom, a living area, a compact kitchenette and covered outdoor seating looking toward the bay.

Vicki is glad to help arrange the sleeping setup for your party, talk through arrival and self check-in, and point you to a few of her favourite local spots.

How many can sleep here?

One bedroom with a superking bed, plus sofa beds in the living area. Vicki will help confirm the right setup for your group — please check before booking.

Can I cook full meals?

The kitchenette is compact, not a full kitchen with a conventional indoor stove. If cooking matters to your stay, ask about the current equipment first.

Is there parking?

Parking is on the beachfront across the road. If anyone in your party has access requirements, talk to Vicki about the arrangement that works best.

Can we check in late?

Self check-in is available by prior arrangement — please agree late arrivals with Vicki rather than assuming unrestricted 24/7 check-in.

Are pets welcome?

Please ask before planning a visit that involves a pet, rather than assuming pets are accepted.
